Responsibilities
- Embed with customers from kickoff through go-live and beyond.
- Map customer workflows on the Duvo platform and prioritize automation.
- Redesign broken processes instead of automating them.
- Translate business logic into agent behavior and configure agents.
- Write integration code, scripts, and prototypes as needed.
- Debug live agents in production environments and iterate quickly.
- Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders.
- Run working sessions and manage technical discussions.
- Capture reusable patterns and send feedback to Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles involving AI or automation.
- Background in forward-deployed engineering or solutions engineering at an AI-first company.
- Experience in applied AI/ML engineering with direct customer exposure.
- Familiarity with operational domains like supply chain or finance ops is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI tooling and coding skills in SQL, Python, or JS.
- Strong systems thinking and process design instincts.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
