Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement tailored software solutions in consulting and software development projects.
- Apply AI methods and tools, including LLMs, agentic frameworks, code generation, and test automation, throughout the software development process.
- Contribute to all phases of software engineering and actively involve customers in project work.
- Provide technical leadership when needed and share knowledge through training and internal communities.
- Build sustainable customer relationships and contribute independently to the success of the project team.
Requirements
- Completed university degree in computer science or a comparable discipline.
- Deep practical frontend and backend knowledge, including Java, Spring, Kotlin, Angular, Vue.js, and React.
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers and build trusted customer relationships.
- Fluent German at a minimum C1 level and very good English at a minimum B2 level.
- Willingness to work independently and contribute actively to project-team success.
