Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect, train, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs for enterprise use cases within the Palantir Vantage platform.
- Develop agentic AI, autonomous-agent, and multi-agent systems that reason, plan, and act on complex data workflows.
- Integrate AI models with Palantir Ontology, datasets, operational pipelines, and other Department of War platforms.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Support and enhance AI capabilities across the Department of War network, including Vantage and ADVANA.
- Apply current generative AI, LLM, and agentic architecture practices to production deployments.
- Develop content and present briefings to senior government leaders.
- Manage and respond to user tickets.
- Lead Integrated Product Teams and participate in Agile Scrum or Scrumban delivery activities.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and an active Secret DoD security clearance are required; candidates able to attain an interim clearance may be considered.
- A college degree such as a B.S. or M.S. in Information Assurance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline is required, with equivalent experience accepted in lieu of education.
- At least five years of related technical experience is required.
- Proven experience building and deploying production LLMs such as GPT, Llama, or PaLM.
- Strong experience with agentic AI, autonomous agents, or multi-agent systems.
- Proficiency with Python and modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with Palantir Vantage, ADVANA, or similar data analytics platforms is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with data modeling, ontology design, and pipeline orchestration in Vantage or ADVANA.
- Experience developing or launching an agentic AI solution for an organization, preferably the Department of War.
- Experience integrating AI/ML models with enterprise data platforms, especially government or Department of War networks, is preferred.
- Experience with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, AI workflow automation, security, compliance, or responsible AI practices is preferred.
- Experience with ADVANA, Palantir MAVEN, Army 365, Databricks, Azure Data/AI services, Microsoft Power Platform, or Microsoft 365 data models is preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, self-direction, and ability to work with limited oversight are required.
- Experience working in a Scrumban or Agile environment is required.
