Responsibilities
- Extract insights from large datasets using advanced analytics techniques to support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop algorithms and machine learning models to optimize client operations and achieve strategic goals.
- Use Python for data analysis, machine learning, and software development.
- Build or contribute to front-end interfaces for AI agent assets using modern JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks.
- Develop backend APIs and services using Python or Node.js to serve AI capabilities to end users.
- Use data manipulation, visualization, statistical modeling, and analytic research to solve client business problems.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to gather information, identify patterns, and address regulatory risk and compliance challenges in financial services.
- Adapt to diverse client needs, take ownership of tasks, and deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
- Experience with at least one of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, or predictive modeling and machine learning using Python or SAS.
- Strong Python skills and working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience building and deploying AI or machine learning solutions.
- Experience with React, Next.js, or an equivalent modern JavaScript or TypeScript framework.
- Experience developing backend APIs and services with Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask and/or Node.js with Express.
- Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployment workflows.
- Proficiency in Python for machine learning applications and data analysis software.
