Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents for complex cybersecurity workflows across IAM, application security, GRC, cloud security, and security operations.
- Create modular AI instructions, skills, prompts, and workflows for LLMs and agentic frameworks.
- Develop AI-assisted workflows for secure code reviews, infrastructure-as-code analysis, threat modeling, control validation, and compliance reporting.
- Build integrations connecting AI agents with identity providers, CI/CD pipelines, SIEM platforms, vulnerability management tools, ticketing systems, cloud platforms, and APIs.
- Implement safety guardrails, logic checkpoints, access controls, logging, and human-in-the-loop approval features.
- Monitor, debug, and improve the performance, accuracy, security, and reliability of deployed AI agents while maintaining technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, product, platform, engineering, and IT operations teams to integrate agentic AI and AI security controls into enterprise workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, engineering, information technology, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, or a related technical field.
- At least 4 years of technical experience directly related to cybersecurity domains.
- At least 3 years of experience writing production-level code in Python.
- At least 1 year of experience building tools with large language models, AI/ML systems, automation, or agentic AI frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of LLM operations, prompt engineering, context management, retrieval patterns, and modern AI agents.
- Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or similar libraries.
- Experience designing, deploying, and securing AI agents using Amazon Bedrock AgentCore capabilities.
- Understanding of IAM, application security, cloud security, GRC, security operations, AI-specific risks, secure software development, threat modeling, logging, monitoring, and release controls.
- Ability to build programmatic safety mechanisms, least-privilege access controls, human-in-the-loop workflows, reusable components, technical documentation, and engineering playbooks.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, 5+ years of cybersecurity experience, 4+ years of production coding experience, and additional experience with Go, JavaScript, TypeScript, API-driven development, RAG pipelines, AI agents, or AI-enabled cybersecurity workflows.
- Preferred certifications include CISSP, CCSP, ISSAP, ISSEP, ISSMP, CISM, CRISC, CEH, GIAC Family, or equivalent cybersecurity certifications.
- Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications, NIST AI RMF, or similar AI security guidance is preferred.
