Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write and test product or system development code.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews to promote code quality, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.
- Contribute to documentation and educational content and update it based on product changes and user feedback.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing effects on hardware, networks, service operations, and quality.
- Design and implement GenAI solutions, use ML infrastructure, and evaluate tradeoffs among techniques and application domains.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience programming in Python or C++.
- At least 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- At least 3 years of experience with ML infrastructure, including areas such as model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, or debugging.
- At least 1 year of experience with state-of-the-art GenAI techniques or GenAI concepts such as LLMs, multimodal systems, large vision models, language modeling, or computer vision.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
