Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Establish and enforce development standards for code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to support timely project delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to improve software development processes.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Java full-stack development.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with back-end development and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with database design, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
- 15 years of full-time education.
