Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute comprehensive manual and automated testing strategies for complex enterprise applications.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and API testing.
- Design, develop, maintain, and expand automated test suites using Robot Framework, Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and build reusable automation assets.
- Analyze requirements, identify quality risks, and develop risk-based testing approaches.
- Manage defects through documentation, triage, root cause analysis, and resolution validation.
- Communicate testing progress, quality risks, defects, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, business analysts, and cross-functional project teams.
- Support multiple applications, products, projects, and business domains as priorities evolve.
- Contribute to Agile and DevOps testing practices and continuous quality improvement.
Requirements
- Requires 7–15 years of experience in quality assurance with strong hands-on test automation expertise.
- Requires experience in quality engineering, test planning, test design, and test execution for complex enterprise applications.
- Requires manual and automated testing experience across functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end scenarios.
- Requires experience with one or more of Robot Framework, Playwright, or Selenium.
- Requires experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Requires strong API testing experience with Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI, or similar tools.
- Requires programming or scripting experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
- Requires experience with Git and GitHub, and familiarity with Jira or TestRail.
- Requires experience with Maven or Jenkins and understanding of defect management, triage, and root cause analysis.
- Requires knowledge of Agile and DevOps testing practices and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred qualifications include performance or load testing with JMeter or LoadRunner, Azure experience, Kafka testing, accessibility or security testing, and transportation, logistics, supply chain, or railroad industry experience.
- Requires strong problem-solving, communication, accountability, adaptability, and ability to learn new applications and technologies quickly.
