Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize software solutions and applications.
- Apply software engineering methods and knowledge across research, design, development, and maintenance activities.
- Analyze and solve complex software engineering problems using scientific methods.
- Collaborate with software engineers, stakeholders, and clients as a team member.
- Supervise or support the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.
- Contribute to recruitment and the development of people.
- Manage complex situations independently while balancing business, technical, and people objectives.
- Develop long-term partnerships with clients and consider commercial and negotiating principles in decision-making.
Requirements
- 4 to 10 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience mastering all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to operate independently in highly complex environments.
- Strong software engineering discipline, judgment, and problem-solving capability.
- Ability to understand business objectives, commercial considerations, and negotiating principles.
- Ability to demonstrate leadership across business, technical, and people objectives.
