Responsibilities
- Assist in managing a team responsible for package software application development.
- Support project execution and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with senior management on departmental objectives.
- Contribute to the timely delivery of software solutions.
- Provide technical assistance to team members.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
- Coordinate communication within the team and with other departments.
- Help identify and resolve project challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically 6+ years of relevant industry experience, including a minimum of 2+ years in a similar software engineering role.
- Proficiency in one or more software languages and development methodologies.
- Technical knowledge of package applications.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Advanced degree, relevant certifications, or advanced training is a plus.
