Software Developer (Python)

Responsibilities
- Build Python software for core tooling and frameworks, data pipelines, and software products supporting traders and researchers.
- Develop systems that feed predictive models used in research and trading.
- Collaborate with software developers and quantitative researchers to solve problems at scale.
- Support the continued growth of the firm’s investment business through technology and data-driven systems.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Applied Math, Physics, Quantitative Finance, or Financial Engineering/MFE.
- Up to 4 years of experience in a relevant software development, quantitative development, or similar role.
- Experience with Python, Git, and Linux.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to continuously learn new technologies and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with C++, Rust, KDB+/q, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, database management systems, or SQL is preferred.
- Investment or financial industry experience is useful but not required.
