Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components across systems and applications.
- Develop and optimize data pipelines and workflows using Databricks and distributed computing concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues while improving system reliability and performance.
- Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations.
- Participate in team discussions, contribute solutions, work independently as an SME, and support junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing and big data processing.
- Experience developing and optimizing data pipelines and workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and integration techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
- PySpark experience is preferred.
