Base Salary
$55k - $126k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build agentic AI systems for national security and intelligence-community clients.
- Fine-tune generative AI models and build reinforcement-learning environments.
- Apply best-fit AI models and technologies to mission-critical customer problems.
- Map AI solutions onto customer needs and help define AI strategy.
- Collaborate with product teams, data engineers, government stakeholders, and non-technical customers.
- Deploy generative AI systems into production environments and translate user requirements into actionable tasks.
Requirements
- Experience working with LLMs, generative AI systems, or agentic frameworks.
- Knowledge of AI frameworks, supporting tools, and design patterns such as LangGraph, MCP, or A2A.
- Ability to map AI solutions onto customer problems.
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor's degree by Spring 2027.
- Preferred qualifications include experience training generative AI systems, deploying them to production, working in the Intelligence Community, and communicating technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred technical qualifications include experience with PyTorch or Keras, knowledge of Python, and knowledge of security requirements for production code in government systems.
- A Master's degree in a technology field is preferred, and a Doctorate degree in a technology field is a plus.
- Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified AI Practitioner Certification are preferred.
