Base Salary
$148k - $233k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize ML-powered search skills integrated with Rovo’s agentic architecture.
- Develop and maintain production ML pipelines for search relevance using reranking, embedding models, and reinforcement learning.
- Lead experimentation from offline evaluation through online A/B testing to improve search quality metrics.
- Collaborate with product, platform, and applied science partners to translate user needs into scalable ML solutions.
- Contribute to evaluation infrastructure and data tooling that accelerate iteration.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building machine learning systems at scale.
- Familiarity with search, information retrieval, natural language processing, or large language model systems.
- Ability to work independently, make technical decisions, and deliver impact in a fast-moving environment.
