Base Salary
$90k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Assist with designing, developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining backend software applications using appropriate programming languages.
- Participate in code reviews and Agile team activities such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, deployment, and application support.
- Implement testing protocols, identify bugs, improve performance, and help ensure application reliability and code quality.
- Write and edit technical documentation and research relevant literature, patents, and current practices.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure applications meet technical specifications and user needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience.
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Backend software development skills, with Python or PHP experience indicated by the role title.
- Ability to collaborate, learn, and contribute to software development activities.
