Responsibilities
- Evolve existing IAM services and develop new features.
- Design future IAM services with multiple teams and cross-organizational stakeholders.
- Develop tools and libraries and write technical documentation to help engineering teams integrate with IAM.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to IAM solutions.
- Mentor junior colleagues.
- Conduct design and code reviews.
- Lead technical and domain-driven discussions and help drive solutions across stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with Java or a similar object-oriented language.
- Experience with REST APIs and HTTP(S).
- Good understanding of relational databases.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, balance stakeholder needs, and arrive at workable solutions.
- Ability to technically lead and set an example for a team of developers.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Preferred: Python, authentication technologies such as OAuth and IAM, scalable backend services and infrastructure, GCP or AWS, Java 21+ with JAX-RS, CDI, and Jackson, and the Grafana ecosystem.
