Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, configure, test, deploy, and support AI tools and automated workflows.
- Set up and operate the AI Gateway, including access permissions, model selection, API connections, usage tracking, and audit records.
- Integrate AI tools, APIs, enterprise applications, and workflow platforms securely and maintainably.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts, workflows, technical documentation, runbooks, and implementation guidance.
- Plan and conduct testing, troubleshooting, and release activities for AI tools and automations.
- Implement secure sign-in, permissions, access controls, monitoring, logging, and audit capabilities with cybersecurity and platform teams.
- Support cyber operations involving 5.5 and Mythos.
- Review performance, usage, feedback, and recurring issues to improve AI tools and workflows.
- Improve prompts, workflows, and AI assistant configurations for accuracy, reliability, and usability.
- Contribute to design discussions, code reviews, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
- Coach junior team members and communicate technical decisions, risks, and recommendations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, platform engineering, automation, cybersecurity operations, or a related technical field.
- Experience delivering enterprise software, automation, integration, platform, or application solutions.
- Experience implementing or supporting AI tools, automation platforms, AI gateways, workflow technologies, or enterprise applications.
- Experience with cloud platforms, DevSecOps practices, identity and access management, logging, and monitoring tools.
- Experience building secure system integrations using sign-in controls, permissions, access controls, logging, audit records, APIs, webhooks, or service-based architectures.
- Experience with automated software delivery, identity and access management, or monitoring tools.
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues, documenting solutions, and driving work to resolution.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across engineering, cybersecurity, product, and operational teams.
- Public Trust eligibility and ability to meet U.S. government client investigation requirements.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Preferred experience with AI Gateway capabilities, AI assistant workflows, prompt improvement, model evaluation, or orchestration tools.
- Preferred experience with containers, Kubernetes, automated infrastructure setup, or cloud AI services.
- Preferred experience creating operational dashboards, technical roadmaps, user enablement materials, or adoption metrics.
- Preferred experience leading technical workstreams or mentoring engineers in an agile delivery environment.
