Base Salary

$90k - $190k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze requirements to determine programming needs and technical approaches.
  • Design, develop, deploy, customize, and optimize secure Power Platform applications in GCC-High and DoD Cloud environments.
  • Build Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Dataverse solutions, Power Pages/Portals, and advanced Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Develop Copilot Studio custom agents using conversation and topic design, prompt engineering, multi-turn dialogs, grounding data, and content filtering.
  • Integrate Microsoft 365 services and build custom connectors using REST APIs and OAuth 2.0.
  • Apply software testing methodologies, resolve defects, and maintain clean, high-quality code.
  • Document solution architecture, configurations, and code changes.
  • Coordinate daily with Power Platform developers and the Technical Project Lead on a distributed team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience developing solutions with Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Experience designing, developing, and deploying Power Platform applications, including ALM and environment management.
  • Experience integrating Microsoft 365 services and building custom connectors with REST APIs and OAuth 2.0.
  • Experience with secure cloud environments such as GCC-High, DoD Cloud, and Azure Government, including CUI, RBAC, Zero Trust, and FedRAMP concepts.
  • Data skills involving DAX, Power Query/M, JSON, HTML, data modeling, and transformations.
  • Experience with Copilot Studio custom agents, conversation and topic design, prompt engineering, multi-turn dialog, grounding data, and responsible AI/content filtering.
  • Ability to obtain a minimum Secret security clearance.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical, development, acquisition, contracts, and program management teams.
  • Preferred qualifications include Azure OpenAI Service integration, GitLab, Git, CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, YAML, Power Platform certifications, and experience supporting Government or DoD customers.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, user stories, and SDLC best practices.
