Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain responsive web interfaces using React, including state management, component architecture, and RESTful or streaming API integration.
- Develop scalable Python backend services and APIs supporting web applications and AI-driven functionality.
- Design and optimize LLM-powered features including conversational agents, RAG pipelines, and multi-step agentic workflows.
- Build and maintain documented APIs connecting front-end applications, backend services, and third-party LLM providers.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for application deployment, testing, and release cycles.
- Deploy and maintain applications and backend services in AWS or Azure cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on secrets management, secure API design, vulnerability scanning, and compliance automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least nine years of experience, or a master’s degree with at least seven years of experience, or a PhD or JD with at least four years of experience.
- Active Top Secret clearance.
- Production web application development experience with React and modern JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Strong Python proficiency with experience developing backend services and APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith or comparable LLM orchestration and observability frameworks.
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation architectures.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment on AWS or Azure.
- Understanding of secure development practices and compliance requirements.
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is preferred.
