Base Salary
$102k - $208k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Kubernetes microservices using Node.js, Python, and C#.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate applications with Azure Service Bus, Azure Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, and Redis.
- Build event-driven architectures using Azure Service Bus and other message-queuing technologies.
- Implement logging and monitoring with Application Insights and Log Analytics.
- Design advanced storage patterns for high-concurrency data transfers.
- Build user-friendly React interfaces for a modern cloud-native web platform.
- Design, implement, and optimize Azure Cosmos DB data models and queries.
- Support pre-sales activities, including requirements analysis, proposals, statements of work, staffing input, and solution offerings.
- Deliver solutions for federal customers, manage technical and business risks, coordinate escalations, and maintain executive-level stakeholder relationships.
- Contribute to intellectual property management, operational readiness, mentoring, technical communities, and customer adoption of Microsoft technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in a relevant business area or equivalent experience.
- Active U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements and verify U.S. citizenship.
- Preferred: 5+ years of leadership experience in a relevant business area.
- Preferred: 5+ years of software engineering and technical experience in a relevant business area.
- Preferred: Azure, security, domain, or delivery management certifications.
- Preferred: experience with Bicep, Kubernetes, microservice architecture, Node.js, Python, C#, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Azure Graph API, and Windows Defender.
Benefits
- Typical U.S. base pay range is USD $101,800–$193,800 per year; location-specific ranges may apply in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
- The position requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance, Microsoft Cloud background checks, and U.S. citizenship verification.
