Responsibilities

Partner with engineering and product management to architect and build a highly available desktop solution.
Solve scaling and performance issues.
Perform root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues.
Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
Function well in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment.

BS or MS in Computer Science or similar technical degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in Windows network programming managing scalable and performance solutions.
Experience troubleshooting Windows networking software development.
Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, IPSec, and VPN.
Proficiency in C++ with strong knowledge of data structures.
Experience with Windows kernel development and installation technology.
Familiarity with programming languages like Python or Go is a plus.
Experience with HTTP-based APIs and software design is a bonus.
