Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate AI agents in production using multi-agent architectures.
- Iterate rapidly on production bugs and tickets and ship frequent improvements.
- Own deployment and operations across CI/CD, sandbox and production environments, deployment scripts, monitoring, and agent observability.
- Design agent evaluations using LLM-as-judge, fixed-context replay, regression tests, and related evaluation methods.
- Integrate internal data to provide accurate and controlled context through context engineering.
- Work directly with CX, RevOps, and Data teams to discover needs, deliver solutions, and contribute to the agent platform architecture.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience shipping and running production systems.
- Production-grade coding ability, urgency, whole-system thinking, and comfort turning ambiguous problems into shipped solutions.
- Experience owning deployment end to end, using infrastructure as code, and debugging network environments such as VPNs and proxies.
- Hands-on experience shipping production agents with ADK, LangChain, or similar frameworks, including prompt engineering and evaluation.
- Daily experience building with AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Experience with ADK v2, the A2A protocol, Langfuse or equivalent LLM observability tools, or LLM cost optimization at scale is preferred.
