Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and lifecycle management of conversational chatbot products for enterprise and consumer use cases.
- Drive experimentation, simulations, and continuous learning pipelines to optimize chatbot performance.
- Design multi-level intent routing, classifier training, and fallback strategies.
- Build dialogue quality evaluation systems.
- Drive automated bad-case discovery, A/B testing, and continuous iteration loops.
- Ensure scalability, security, and regulatory compliance of AI-powered solutions in the crypto exchange domain.
- Define the technical vision and own end-to-end delivery of production-grade conversational AI platforms.
Requirements
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of industry experience.
- Extensive experience deploying conversational products for enterprise or consumer users at scale.
- Experience in top-tier AI labs or leading technology companies is preferred.
- Experience in high-frequency trading, fintech, Web3, or crypto platforms is advantageous.
- Startup or research-intensive environment experience is preferred.
