Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and lifecycle management for conversational Chatbots products.
- Drive experimentation, simulations, and continuous learning pipelines for Chatbot performance optimization.
- Design multi-level intent routing, classifier training, and fallback strategies.
- Build dialogue quality evaluation systems.
- Drive automated bad-case discovery, A/B testing, and continuous iteration loops.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and regulatory compliance of AI-powered solutions.
Requirements
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning or related field with at least 10 years of industry experience.
- Extensive experience deploying conversational products for enterprise or consumer at scale.
