Responsibilities

Work with end-users, process owners, and client engineers to understand workflows and underlying business problems.
Translate target-state processes into technical architectures, data models, integrations, agent designs, and workflow designs.
Build full-stack production systems with TypeScript backends, integrations, LLM orchestration, and evaluations.
Support user demos and incorporate customer feedback into subsequent iterations.
Own observability and evaluations for live solutions and improve their reliability in customer environments.
Build and ship AI-powered internal tools for hiring, finance, and operations.
Evaluate, integrate, and chain AI models, APIs, frameworks, agent frameworks, embedding pipelines, and AI coding tools.
Integrate internal tools with APIs, databases, and third-party services, and help deploy, test, ship, and monitor them end to end.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or master’s degree in Engineering with Computer Science coursework.
Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, AI coding assistants, agent frameworks, or workflow automation.
Comfort with TypeScript or the ability to learn it quickly.
Evidence of building a side project, hack, or tool that people actually used.
Ability to work with non-technical teams and turn ambiguous problems into practical solutions.
Comfort with ambiguity and fast feedback cycles.
Fluency in English; German is a plus.
Exposure to ERP or business-process environments such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or NetSuite is a bonus.
Experience with Make, n8n, Retool, or Supabase is a bonus.
