Responsibilities
- Identify client challenges during the pre-sales phase and design solutions.
- Ensure end-to-end responsibility for successful implementation without handoff gaps.
- Collaborate deeply with clients to understand their business domains.
- Abstract solutions to contribute to the evolution of the Tailor Platform.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development with end-to-end delivery responsibility.
- At least 2 years of development experience in specific ERP domains such as procurement, sales management, or project management.
- Native-level Japanese communication skills for technical discussions.
- Willingness to work in the office to facilitate informal learning opportunities.
