Responsibilities

Own customer success continuously from presales problem identification through business design, solution design, implementation, and delivery.
Work directly with diverse enterprise customers to rapidly understand and solve their business-domain challenges.
Collaborate as a strong team player to help customers grow through delivered solutions.
Abstract solutions to customer problems into reusable assets and contribute them to the evolution of the Tailor Platform.
Use ERP domain expertise to select and shape the role needed according to project and organizational circumstances.
Collaborate with Product Managers, consultants, sales, and other teams on customer value delivery.

At least five years of professional engineering experience or equivalent experience, including experience driving end-to-end product delivery with accountability.
At least two years of development experience in an ERP-related domain such as procurement and inventory management, sales management, plant maintenance, quality management, production planning and control, management accounting, project management, or financial accounting.
Native-level Japanese technical communication skills.
Ability to work in the office in principle.
Enterprise business-domain understanding is preferred.
Experience leading development or adoption of AI/LLM-native products is preferred.
A record of technical influence across multiple projects or organizations is preferred.
Experience abstracting solutions from individual projects into reusable platform or shared assets is preferred.
GraphQL development experience is preferred.
Business-level English technical communication skills are preferred.
