Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable iOS features in a high-impact environment.
- Own features end to end from technical design and development through deployment and business impact measurement.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, Android, and Backend teams to ship user-facing features.
- Improve app performance and stability by proactively resolving issues and optimizing the experience.
- Contribute to engineering and product culture by sharing best practices and driving team excellence.
- Explore AI opportunities and continuously improve the iOS technology stack.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of iOS development experience with strong mastery of modern architectures and engineering best practices.
- Demonstrated experience building high-traffic B2C applications, ideally in social, media, or entertainment.
- Strong product mindset and passion for exceptional user experiences, smooth animations, and polished interfaces.
- Data-driven, pragmatic, and results-oriented approach to product and engineering decisions.
- Fluent English communication skills; French is a plus.
- Experience with Swift and SwiftUI is preferred.
- Experience integrating AI/ML features into mobile applications is preferred.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization is preferred.
- Interest in social app trends and user behavior is preferred.
- Open-source contributions or technical leadership in iOS communities are valued.
