Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test cases for Intune across web UI, Android, iOS, and Windows devices.
- Perform functional, regression, compatibility, UX, and end-to-end testing across platforms and operating system versions.
- Configure and validate devices under varied compliance, policy, enrollment, and identity scenarios.
- Investigate test failures using logs, UI traces, and system configurations, and drive defect resolution with developers and subject-matter experts.
- Contribute to build verification tests and sprint sign-off validation.
- Improve test data generation, environment setup, automation stability, coverage, and execution pipelines.
- Use Azure DevOps to support unattended and scalable test execution.
- Provide testing reports and insights through Power BI and ADO Reports.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of SDET or test automation experience.
- Strong scripting or coding skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, or Python, with TypeScript and C# mandatory.
- Hands-on automation experience with Playwright, with Selenium or Appium experience also relevant.
- Working knowledge of Android, iOS, and Windows 10/11 environments.
- Experience validating Enterprise Mobility Management or similar device workflows.
- Understanding of AAD, policy deployment, enrollment flows, and identity and security models.
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps and Git.
- Preferred experience with Graph API, backend validation, and service-level testing.
- Preferred knowledge of PowerShell, ADB tools, Xcode tools, Wireshark, CMSherlock, Geneva Synthetics, Intune, Endpoint Security, MDM/EMM platforms, UEM solutions, and LLM/Copilot-assisted or self-healing automation frameworks.
