Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Apply microservices architecture patterns with clear service boundaries and single responsibilities.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and data-protection measures for APIs and microservices.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and DevOps teams to define requirements and integrate solutions.
- Monitor API and microservice performance, resolve issues, and ensure operational availability.
- Create and maintain documentation for APIs, microservices, and related processes.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments.
Requirements
- 4+ years of overall experience.
- Experience with Azure Cloud, including APIM, Azure Container Apps, Azure SQL, Key Vault, ADLS/Blob Storage, Azure Log Analytics, and Azure Functions.
- Experience developing Java Spring Boot microservices and API services.
- Experience with OAuth2, JWT, API Keys, or Mutual TLS for API security.
- Experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and Git or CI/CD tools.
- Experience with OpenAPI/Swagger, Maven, Gradle, JSON, and XML.
- Preferred: Azure certification, external application integration experience, high-volume real-time transaction processing platform experience, and functional knowledge of banking or fraud domains.
