Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Use business process requirements to define product requirements and metrics.
- Assist with defining and reviewing application requirements.
- Validate application designs with stakeholders.
- Supervise other designers or developers in completing designs.
- Develop application prototypes and conduct conference room pilots to validate configuration designs and explore gap-resolution options.
- Transition designs to developers and ensure the designs are clearly understood.
- Coordinate information sharing with architects, project managers, change enablement, integration architecture, and service introduction teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is required.
