Responsibilities
- Implement and fine-tune pre-trained AI models for industry-specific needs.
- Use AWS Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Rekognition, and OpenAI to develop and deploy AI solutions.
- Use AWS data services including Amazon Athena, Amazon Redshift, OpenSearch, Kendra, and AWS Glue for AI/ML data processing.
- Optimize models for performance, accuracy, efficiency, and reliability, including reducing AI hallucinations.
- Apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation, prompt engineering, vector databases, and similarity search techniques.
- Develop agentic AI solutions using CrewAI, LangGraph, and LangChain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and services.
- Lead AI/ML projects and manage and develop a team of AI engineers.
- Stay current with AI technologies and contribute to adopting new tools and techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on AI/ML development experience focused on AWS-based AI services.
- Advanced Python proficiency and expertise with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Extensive experience with Amazon SageMaker, AWS Bedrock, and Azure OpenAI integration.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon Athena, Amazon Redshift, and AWS Glue in AI/ML pipelines.
- Expertise in agentic AI behavior and technologies including CrewAI, LangGraph, and LangChain.
- Experience with vector databases, similarity search, AI/ML algorithms, CNNs, RNNs, transformers, and end-to-end solutions.
- Expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation at scale.
- Ability to lead AI/ML projects and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Amazon Connect and AWS AI Services is preferred.
- Knowledge of Apache Spark or Hadoop and familiarity with data visualization are preferred.
- Relevant AWS certifications, including AWS Certified Generative AI Developer – Professional, AWS Certified Machine Learning – Associate, or AWS Certified AI Practitioner, are highly desirable.
