Responsibilities
- Design, implement, integrate, and maintain systems and tools that automate complex cyber activities.
- Architect, implement, integrate, and manage COTS solutions for hybrid-cloud environments.
- Program and debug automation solutions, including shell scripting, application containerization, and data storage and retrieval.
- Deploy, host, monitor, and secure solutions for government customers.
- Perform systems administration in Windows, Linux, or VMware environments, including troubleshooting, installation, configuration, performance monitoring, and security upgrades.
- Automate workflows through RESTful APIs and integrate asset, vulnerability, threat-intelligence, and security data from multiple sources.
- Provide IT operations and maintenance support, including ticket updates, issue response, and remediation.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience architecting, implementing, integrating, and managing COTS solutions for hybrid-cloud environments.
- At least 3 years of experience programming and debugging, shell scripting, application containerization, and data storage and retrieval.
- At least 2 years of experience deploying, hosting, monitoring, and securing solutions for government customers.
- Experience administering Windows, Linux, or VMware environments.
- Knowledge of scripting languages for automation and troubleshooting and APIs for data integration.
- Top Secret clearance and a bachelor’s degree.
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, such as Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GSEC, SSCP, CySA+, GICSP, or CND.
- Preferred: experience automating workflows with RESTful APIs, integrating Axonius or Armis, and securing solutions under federal regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Preferred: experience supporting federal DoD and intelligence agencies, working with data pipelines and security findings, using AWS or Azure, and providing IT operations support.
- TS/SCI clearance and knowledge of networking fundamentals are preferred.
