Responsibilities
- Apply software engineering and machine learning to create lasting value for customers.
- Tackle challenges in conversational agent domains, including cognitive architecture and reasoning strategies.
- Expand infrastructure for responsible AI and ensure models work equitably for all users.
- Design new algorithms and architectures, evaluate them, and productionize solutions at scale.
- Research and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Enhance products using the latest advances in machine learning and LLMs.
- Engage with the latest ML research and open-source code weekly.
Requirements
- Drive to deliver production-quality, fully unit-tested code.
- Ability to solve end-to-end problems with machine learning.
- Solid understanding of model evaluation fundamentals for text generation and classification.
- Attention to detail and high standards for data quality.
- Proficiency in a Mac development environment, programming in Python and/or Golang.
- Knowledge of deep learning architectures and large language models.
- Desire to work at a startup pace with a high degree of ownership.
- Strong appetite for continuous improvement and completing challenging projects.
- Curiosity about engineering beyond immediate discipline and a desire to learn.
