Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Review annotated datasets for quality and consistency.
- Apply defined QC criteria to evaluate outputs.
- Document specific defect types for each task.
- Test internal tools across standard workflows.
- Reproduce reported bugs and validate fixes.
- Submit completed QC and testing logs regularly.
- Escalate urgent defects on the same day.
- Flag ambiguous rubrics or test plans.
- Help improve QC processes and testing methods.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in QA, software testing, or related fields.
- Ability to apply evaluation criteria consistently.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable learning new tools and working across technical systems.
- Able to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and consistent in attendance and performance.
