Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise workflow applications using IBM Business Automation Workflow and IBM BPM.
- Develop and configure workflow, business process, and case management solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Work extensively with IBM BPM Case Manager and IBM FileNet.
- Develop Java application components and integrations.
- Customize user interfaces using JavaScript and Dojo.
- Integrate workflow applications with FileNet, databases, and other enterprise systems.
- Develop complex SQL queries and stored procedures using Oracle.
- Troubleshoot applications, perform root-cause analysis, and provide production support.
- Translate technical requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and follow development standards and best practices.
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, QA teams, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
- Prepare technical documentation including solution designs, specifications, deployment guides, and support documentation.
- Participate in application performance tuning, optimization, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 9+ years of software development experience, preferably in enterprise application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow and IBM BPM.
- Mandatory experience with IBM BPM Case Manager.
- Strong experience with IBM FileNet.
- Strong programming experience in Java.
- Strong experience with JavaScript and Dojo.
- Strong SQL development and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong experience with Oracle databases.
- Experience working in open systems environments.
