Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable and efficient software solutions that meet client needs.
- Develop end-to-end features across user experience and backend systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Improve code quality through code reviews and testing.
- Own service-level design, scalability, resilience, and security.
- Guide squads on design patterns, integration architecture, and data flows.
- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
- Contribute to technical decisions and manage team effectiveness across multiple teams.
Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of experience is required.
- Expert proficiency in React Redux is required.
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with distributed caching using Redis.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Expert proficiency in advanced front-end development with Node.js is preferred.
- Experience with release management, application lifecycle management, and TypeScript is preferred.
