Responsibilities
- Design, implement, lead development of, and test scalable full-stack web application features.
- Own key components across modern frontend frameworks and backend services.
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in complex cross-team code reviews.
- Optimize code and system architecture for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Translate complex product requirements into clean, efficient, working code.
- Debug, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks across the stack.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver enterprise SaaS products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 2–4 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and time and space complexity.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend programming with Java, JavaScript/Node.js, or Python.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, end-to-end application communication, databases, and data modeling.
- Proficiency with Git.
- Strong problem-solving, ownership, adaptability, initiative, and ability to learn complex technologies and systems quickly.
