Base Salary
$64k - $123k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and test custom software for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and integrations with external systems.
- Translate business requirements into clean, scalable technical solutions and high-quality code.
- Use X++, C#, object-oriented programming, Power Platform, Dataverse, Power BI, SQL, Azure DevOps, Git, and AI-assisted coding tools.
- Debug and troubleshoot code, data, and performance issues.
- Prepare technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and follow development standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, solution architects, and business stakeholders.
- Support client testing and deployment preparation.
- Incorporate AI into daily development work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles.
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical code, data, and performance issues.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with critical-thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Curiosity and persistence in solving problems independently, with sound judgment about when to seek assistance.
- Preferred: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations technical and development experience.
