Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy machine learning models and generative AI solutions across business domains.
- Work on traditional machine learning projects and advanced generative AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with project managers, data scientists, and cloud engineers to deliver robust, scalable AI systems.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, monitor, and optimize AI/ML models.
- Contribute to prompt engineering and AI model optimization strategies.
- Stay current with developments in machine learning, MLOps, and generative AI tools and frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning models.
- Good exposure to generative AI technologies.
- Solid Python skills and experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
- Understanding of MLOps principles and model lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with RAG systems and vector databases is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and willingness to learn.
