Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain personalization integrations, placements, and experiences across websites, apps, email, and other customer touchpoints.
- Translate audience segments and behavioral signals into targeted content experiences for acquisition, engagement, and cross-sell conversion.
- Manage A/B and multivariate testing, document results, and present findings to marketing stakeholders.
- Configure and administer Salesforce Data 360, including data streams, identity resolution, segments, activation workflows, calculated insights, engagement scores, and predictive attributes.
- Connect CRM, CDP, Databricks, and digital analytics data to create unified customer profiles and reliable activation flows.
- Maintain integrations between Data 360 and SFMC Journey Builder, paid media platforms, and web content management systems.
- Monitor data health, segment refreshes, activation success, personalization rendering, audience accuracy, and suppression logic.
- Document configurations, segment logic, and personalization rules; participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and martech roadmap prioritization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing technology, digital marketing operations, or a related technical role.
- Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise marketing automation or personalization platform, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Target, Optimizely, or Braze.
- Foundational knowledge of customer profiles, audience segmentation, identity resolution, and data activation.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and at least one scripting language: JavaScript, AMPscript, or Python.
- Ability to interpret test results, conversion metrics, and segment performance data.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical marketing stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
