Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of ML models and core infrastructure, from development and deployment through monitoring and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for software and ML workflows.
- Design and operate reliable, scalable, observable, and secure production systems and ML infrastructure.
- Automate deployment, orchestration, and environment management using DevOps tooling.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to productionize ML-powered features.
- Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and model performance issues.
- Document infrastructure, workflows, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Proven senior-level experience in DevOps, MLOps, or infrastructure-focused engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Deep experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Helm.
- Familiarity with ETL pipelines, data lakes, and large-scale batch or stream processing.
- Ability to design scalable, secure, and observable systems in fast-moving environments.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across distributed systems.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of security and compliance best practices for software and ML systems.
