Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate RAG and agentic systems over complex financial data.
- Develop scalable backend services for document processing and risk scoring.
- Own the productionization of AI systems, including evaluation pipelines and safe rollout strategies.
- Harden the platform for enterprise with auth controls and monitoring.
- Establish CI/CD, deployment pipelines, and incident response practices.
- Engage in cutting-edge AI research related to regulatory and financial data.
- Work directly with the founding team to define architecture and product direction.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience on technical projects, preferably in a startup.
- Strong TypeScript and Python skills across modern frontend and backend stacks.
- Hands-on experience shipping LLM integrations or RAG systems into production.
- Experience with document processing and entity extraction from messy data.
- Solid grasp of API design, relational databases, and async job processing.
- Proven track record of taking a product from local development to reliable production.
- Debugging instincts across frontend, backend, infra, and data boundaries.
