Responsibilities
- Design and develop major software components for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Networking.
- Build scalable, customizable services with predictable performance, isolation, and availability in a distributed multi-tenant cloud.
- Launch software features into production and operate high-scale services.
- Improve service resilience and securely protect customer cloud environments.
- Design distributed-system interactions and work across low-level systems and the broader technology stack.
- Build services that support data movement across long distances while meeting compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate tradeoffs, communicate technical decisions, and execute effectively in a fast-growing environment.
Requirements
- Experience with distributed systems and software development and design.
- Experience launching software features into production and operating high-scale services.
- Ability to design and implement resilient, secure cloud infrastructure services.
- Strong coding skills and broad distributed-systems knowledge, including low-level systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment and learn across technical areas.
