Responsibilities

Lead discussions on technical solutions and architecture.
Influence technical decisions and establish sound engineering standards.
Lead refactoring and modernization efforts while maintaining delivery timelines.
Identify and prioritize technical debt.
Collaborate with product and engineering leads to balance business and technical priorities.
Build and deliver end-to-end software solutions.
Own production issues and define triage and resolution processes.
Implement test coverage and uphold code review standards.
Improve developer tools, processes, workflows, and developer experience.
Mentor and guide engineers as a hands-on technical leader.

8+ years of software development experience.
2+ years of experience working with Go.
2+ years of experience as a Technical Lead.
Strong experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL.
Proficiency with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
Experience with RabbitMQ and/or Kafka.
Basic understanding of React and/or Next.js.
Basic knowledge of cloud computing, with Google Cloud Platform preferred.
Preferred experience building scalable, secure Login-as-a-Service platforms.
Preferred knowledge of OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, JWT, session and token management, social login, SSO, and federated identity.
Preferred experience designing multi-tenant identity systems with isolation and configurability.
Preferred experience delivering developer-friendly APIs, SDKs, and integration documentation.
Excellent English communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
