Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP solution architecture for supply chain opportunities spanning planning, fulfillment, logistics, order management, and aftersales.
- Partner with account teams, sales leadership, delivery teams, and subject-matter experts to qualify opportunities, define scope, and develop value propositions.
- Facilitate discovery workshops and translate business priorities and requirements into scalable SAP-enabled solution components.
- Develop solution narratives, target architectures, transformation roadmaps, business cases, estimates, staffing inputs, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and implementation approaches.
- Coordinate functional, technical, data, integration, cloud, security, and industry contributors.
- Present solution strategies and business value to senior clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support architecture, quality, commercial, mobilization, and early execution activities while maintaining solution integrity.
- Create reusable assets and mentor solution team members.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in SAP consulting, delivery, solution architecture, and supply chain transformation.
- Experience shaping or leading complex, multi-workstream SAP pursuits or transformation programs from discovery through delivery transition.
- Strong knowledge of planning, fulfillment, logistics, order management, and aftersales or service operations.
- Experience defining SAP S/4HANA-centered architectures and integrating SAP capabilities with enterprise data, cloud, analytics, automation, and adjacent platforms.
- Ability to create executive-ready solution narratives, architecture views, estimates, implementation roadmaps, assumptions, risks, and governance models.
- Proven client-facing communication, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and commercial problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating across markets, business groups, delivery organizations, ecosystem partners, and distributed teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Preferred qualifications include relevant SAP certifications and experience with digital supply chain, intelligent operations, process mining, advanced analytics, automation, generative AI, strategic pursuits, proposal development, client orals, and executive-level solution reviews.
