Responsibilities
- Design, train, fine-tune, and evaluate classical ML, deep-learning, generative AI, computer-vision, and forecasting models.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, statistical testing, time-series analysis, and forecasting to support features, prompts, and business KPIs.
- Build reproducible data ingestion, feature engineering, prompt-store, training, CI/CD, and automated-monitoring workflows.
- Develop prompts, RAG pipelines, and autonomous or assistive agents, including fine-tuning LLMs on domain-specific datasets.
- Expose AI components as microservices and event-driven workflows and integrate them with Airflow, Prefect, and business APIs.
- Track advances in LLMs, computer vision, and analytics and share engineering best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical direction.
Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience working on AI/ML projects.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, scikit-learn, pandas, and NumPy.
- Understanding of machine-learning algorithms, deep-learning fundamentals, and basic statistics.
- Experience with data wrangling, visualization, and exploratory analysis using Matplotlib or Plotly.
- Familiarity with at least one of OpenCV, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, MLflow, or a similar tool.
- Understanding of software-engineering practices including Git, code reviews, testing, and CI.
- Preferred: C++ or C# experience, model deployment with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud AI services, vector databases, RAG workflows, BI or dashboard tools, time-series frameworks, MLOps/LLMOps tooling, image processing, Spark, distributed data processing, Databricks, AWS EMR, GCP Dataproc, SQL optimization, and data lake architectures.
