Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and propose solutions using SugarCRM best practices.
- Design, develop, customize, test, debug, and maintain SugarCRM solutions and APIs.
- Create proof-of-concepts and support implementation activities.
- Manage critical customer cases and maintain thorough case documentation.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional Scrum team to enhance the SugarCRM application.
- Identify opportunities to improve scalability, productivity, and monitoring.
- Participate in code reviews, peer inspections, and technical design discussions.
- Handle incidents and resolutions with a focus on root-cause analysis.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SugarCRM development, API customization, and debugging.
- Proficiency in SugarCRM, PHP, MySQL, Docker Desktop, TDD, ElastiCache, and Redis.
- In-depth knowledge of SugarCRM configuration, scheduling, reporting, administration, upgrades, and database design.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Strong foundation in software development and object-oriented design.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Preferred experience with deployment techniques, change management, AWS services, Python, Salesforce development, and relevant Salesforce certifications.
