Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Design and implement integration solutions within complex enterprise environments using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
- Analyze and optimize systems for high availability, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
- Participate in team discussions, contribute solutions to work-related problems, and work independently toward subject-matter expertise.
- Document development processes and communicate with stakeholders to maintain alignment on project goals.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
- Proficiency in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing integration solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance for high availability and scalability.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques for identifying and resolving software defects.
- Ability to work with communication protocols and data formats used in business-to-business integrations.
- 15 years of full-time education.
