Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and enhance scalable software and simulation components for wargaming and operational decision-making.
- Create realistic behavioral and environmental models and integrate diverse data sources for high-fidelity simulation outcomes.
- Collaborate with analysts, domain experts, network orchestrators, and engineers to ensure models represent real-world conditions and mission needs.
- Evaluate frameworks and M&S tools, improve simulation performance, and implement architectures that support future extensibility and tool federation.
- Support the integration, configuration, transformation, and standardization of modeling and simulation tools.
Requirements
- Experience developing software in Java, C++, C, or C#.
- Experience with version control, documentation practices, GitLab workflows, and Linux environments.
- Knowledge of the Distributed Interactive Simulation networking protocol and COTS/GOTS modeling and simulation tools.
- Ability to write clean, efficient source code, enhance existing codebases, and support the evaluation and integration of M&S tools.
- Active TS/SCI clearance or eligibility for access to classified information is required.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Preferred experience includes integrating M&S tools into synthetic training environments, working with TAK products or SOF communities, building containers, developing DevSecOps environments or pipelines, and using LVC simulation tools.
