Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture for global onboarding systems to minimize time-to-value.
- Act as the technical architect bridging business logic with regulatory requirements.
- Shape the strategic roadmap in partnership with engineering and product teams.
- Mentor engineers to ensure compliance and performance across all regions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building resilient, distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of security-by-design related to KYC and identity verification.
- Proficiency in Java and experience with high-concurrency API architectures.
- Experience or strong interest in building production-grade interfaces powered by LLMs.
- Ability to navigate a large organization and align diverse teams on a unified vision.
