Base Salary
$150k - $188k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and support robust integrations connecting enterprise applications, Salesforce CRM, Google Cloud services, and other platforms.
- Lead complex, enterprise-scale integrations across multiple systems, data sources, and cloud environments.
- Serve as the technical integration lead for major initiatives and partner with software, data, infrastructure, and enterprise architecture teams.
- Define integration standards, patterns, best practices, reference architectures, and reusable frameworks across teams.
- Automate system configuration and data workflows and support API-based integrations using scripting or orchestration tools.
- Lead the availability, resilience, scalability, interoperability, and performance of integration solutions.
- Collaborate with product owners to understand application capabilities and testing scenarios.
- Mentor engineering community members and promote continuous improvement, innovation, and modern engineering practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 4 years of experience designing and maintaining cross-platform or cloud integrations required.
- At least 3 years of experience automating system configuration or data workflows required.
- Preferred experience includes 5+ years in cloud-based environments using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Preferred experience includes API-based integrations using AWS Lambda, Step Functions, or MuleSoft.
- Preferred experience includes deployment tooling such as Jenkins, GitHub, and Artifactory.
- Preferred experience includes large-scale integration solutions or data pipelines, integration frameworks, enterprise reference architectures, identity and access management, and observability tools.
- Preferred experience includes CloudWatch, Splunk, and Datadog for integration reliability and performance.

- Full-time annual salary ranges vary by location: $149,800-$171,000 in Chicago and Richmond, and $164,800-$188,100 in McLean.
- The role is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, including possible cash bonuses and long-term incentives.
